This morning board the local train to reach Vladimir town. Upon arrival, you will travel to Suzdal to enjoy traditional Russian lunch. The town remains an ecological escape that has no railway or airport. The only way to get there is by bus or car. It is full of small wooden houses set in a magnificent landscape. Suzdal boasts a host of beautiful churches, monasteries, and convents. Walk around and take a break from the bustle of the big city! Have a tour of Suzdal’s Kremlin which dates from the 10th century. Visit the Museum of Wooden Architecture or Spaso-Evfimievsky Monastery to listen to the church bells ring out in harmony. And then have some fun – take part in master-classes of pottery, shop for souvenirs at the Trading Rows and talk to the locals! Taste the seasonal meals for dinner!
